CAHI Commends US Representative Tim Walberg
Alexandria, VA -- Today the Council for Affordable Health Insurance (CAHI) commended Congressman Tim Walberg (R- MI) for his efforts to increase access to affordable health coverage.
"Congressman Walberg has proven himself to be a friend of working Americans and the uninsured," stated CAHI federal affairs director Angela Hunter. "He understands the need to reform America's health care system by supporting free market solutions such as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), tax credits, the purchase of insurance across state lines and ending lawsuit abuse."
Hunter continued, "There is a clear difference in this congressional race and Congressman Walberg has shown that he supports a health care system in which consumers have more control over how they spend their health care dollars. CAHI commends Congressman Walberg for his leadership in ensuring that Americans have access to affordable health insurance."
