Requirements:
CAHI accepts applications from undergraduate and graduate students with a concentration and/or demonstrated interest in health policy, political science, government, law, public administration, communications or public relations. The applicant should be familiar with free market philosophy and how government works. Applications should reflect strong research and writing talents, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and undertake various research, writing, administrative and computer tasks. Word processing skills are required and a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Pagemaker or Microsoft Publisher and Access is preferred.

Duration:
Academic year internships can be part-time (10-30 hours/week) or full-time, depending on the student’s schedule, but are required to be at least one semester or two quarters in length.

Summer internships run from mid-May through mid-August and can be part-time or full-time.

Compensation:
Funding may be available for stipends.
